Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Kraftflix, including the Spotlight and Blueprint products (together, the "Service"), provided by Dimensionleap Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Kraftflix," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in India. By creating an account, starting a trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organisation you represent.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract, to use the Service. If you create an account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You're responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at hello@dimensionleap.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe has been compromised.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Generate, upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights — including a real person's likeness, voice, name or performance without their consent.
• Generate or upload unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative (including of minors), or otherwise harmful material.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, to train a separate AI model on our systems or outputs, or to scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service beyond normal use.
• Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, seat limits, or other technical controls, or share a single seat across multiple simultaneous users where the plan doesn't permit it.
• Misrepresent AI-generated material as unedited real footage, or otherwise use the Service to deceive audiences in a way that violates applicable advertising, election, or deepfake-disclosure law.

Where we reasonably believe this section has been breached, we may remove the content, restrict the account, or both — with notice where practical, and a chance to appeal by emailing hello@dimensionleap.com.

3. Sharing & collaboration

Kraftflix supports two ways of bringing other people into your work: inviting a collaborator directly into a project (as a Viewer or Commenter), or generating a public review link. Review links can be password-protected, set to expire, and are watermarked by default; anyone holding the link can view and, if you allow it, comment — but not export or edit unless you've explicitly granted that. Treat a review link the way you'd treat sharing the file itself: you're responsible for who you send it to.

On Organisation (Studio) plans, Reviewer seats let studio stakeholders comment and approve work without being able to generate AI content, edit production work, or spend credits — they're scoped for review, not production.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the scripts, briefs, prompts, uploaded media, and finished projects you bring to or build in Kraftflix ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, transmit and display Your Content solely to provide, secure and support the Service. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to train models we make available to other customers or the public. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle the personal data inside it.

5. AI-generated output

Kraftflix uses generative AI to produce scenes, images, video, storyboards and other output ("Generated Output") from Your Content and your prompts. A few things follow from that:

• Ownership we grant you. As between you and Kraftflix, we assign to you our rights, if any, in Generated Output you create, and we won't claim ownership over it.
• The law here is still unsettled. Copyright in AI-generated material is an evolving area of law, and courts in multiple jurisdictions have held that output with no meaningful human authorship may not be eligible for copyright protection at all. We can't guarantee that Generated Output is protectable, original, or free of third-party rights. The more of your own creative judgment goes into a prompt, a selection, or an edit, the stronger your claim to authorship over the result — plan accordingly for anything you intend to rely on commercially.
• Your responsibility. You're responsible for reviewing Generated Output before you rely on or publish it, and for confirming you have rights to any real person's likeness, brand, trademark or location referenced in a prompt.

6. Plans, credits & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual). Credits are consumed by AI and compute-intensive actions; viewing, organising and downloading finished work does not consume credits. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry forward. Purchased top-up credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase and are drawn down after your plan credits, earliest-expiring first. Prices shown are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout where applicable.

Free trials. Where a plan includes a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends. We'll make a reasonable effort to notify you before the trial converts to a paid subscription; cancelling before that point means you're not charged.

Refunds. Because credits are consumed as you use the Service, we don't offer refunds for credits already spent. If you're charged in error, or you cancel within 14 days of a first paid purchase and have used less than 20% of that cycle's credits, contact hello@dimensionleap.com and we'll refund the unused portion at our discretion. Statutory refund rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by this section.

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel a subscription at any time from account settings; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current cycle except as described above.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may need to suspend access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. Organisation plans carry a specific uptime target — see Support & availability.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where we reasonably believe it's necessary to protect the Service or other users, and will give notice where practical before doing so. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, payment obligations already accrued, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service and Generated Output are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that Generated Output will meet your requirements or be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraftflix's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or ₹5,000 if you're on the Free plan). Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kraftflix harmless from third-party claims arising from Your Content, your use of Generated Output, or your breach of these Terms — including claims that a prompt or upload infringed someone else's rights or used their likeness without consent.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have, disputes arising out of these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved within 30 days, referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in [city, India — confirm before publishing] with proceedings conducted in English. The courts at that location have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.

12. Copyright, IP & takedown requests

You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or reference in a prompt — including copyrighted material, a real person's likeness, or a third-party brand. Section 4 above covers how ownership of Your Content and Generated Output works.

If you believe something on Kraftflix infringes your rights, email hello@dimensionleap.com with: (1) a description of the work you believe is infringed; (2) the specific content on Kraftflix and where it appears; (3) your contact details; and (4) a statement made in good faith that the use isn't authorised. We'll review promptly and may remove or restrict access to the flagged content while we investigate.

If you believe a takedown was made in error, send a counter-notice to the same address identifying the content and explaining why it shouldn't have been removed; we'll review it in good faith and restore access where warranted.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, the law, or our practices evolve. We'll notify you in-product or by email of material changes and give you a chance to review them before they take effect; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Prior versions are available on request.
